Suggested Use

Mix about one scoop of the powder into 180-240 ml of cold water, milk or other beverage. Stir, shake or blend until dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30 to 60 minutes after your workout or use as an anytime snack in your balanced diet.

I thought that I had found it when I found this Naturally Flavored version, because I hate the taste of Sucralose. Unfortunately, out of the canister it was blah. But that was until I got the bright idea to add a bit of sugar myself. That was all it needed! With just a little bit of sugar it taste exactly like I remembered.
